a. Ownership

• By using the Service, you grant Donedonedone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

b. Public vs Private Content

• Free-tier users: Content you create may be publicly accessible and viewable by others.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that:

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI outputs.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Prices, billing cycles, and features are disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donedonedone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
